I saw this game, Blazing Chrome is coming out for Switch soon too I know that indie games generally like to be "inspired by" or "in the spirit of" or "homage" stuff, but goddamn. That's just blatantly Appleseed

It's actually even more blatantly Contra Hard Corps which will become extremely obvious as soon as you see gameplay of it. It's the same team that did Odallus so there's a pretty good chance it'll be a solid game.

that's such a sad little icon whenever and wherever i see it. just heartbroken disappointment  Been playing a little bit of Kirby Star Allies while traveling. Man I should have picked this up a lot sooner, it is incredibly satisfying even given (or maybe because of?) how dead simple it is. Just like any other kirb, I guess. Feels bad unsummoning Friends though. (By the way, there any easier way to swap powers between Kirby and a friend?)

Some people pronounce that Y really hard, so depends which way we want to do this. I almost say it with an A sound unless I'm being silly then it's way more a Y. Less I'm giving the GF a bit of poo poo then it's pokeymans

Any recommendations on Switch games for older adults (60+) that are getting a console for Christmas? They will be getting Mario Kart and Mario Party already. Are there any puzzle games or non-rpgs/sports that anyone would recommend?

My left joycon stick is responding a little more slowly than usual. It's especially pronounced in Lumines, and I can see it happening in the Settings menu. Calibration doesn't fix it. Seems specific to the y-axis. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, I’ve had similar issues. poo poo gets stuck under the dust cap of the sticks and it’s difficult to clean them. That’s probably the issue.

After messing with an Xbox One X for awhile, I really really appreciate the UI on Switch. It’s so clean and fast. We do need folders though and themes would be nice.
