I went snowboarding on sunday and then I went on an 8 mile hike for xmas no computers were involved and it was very nice I'd upload a photo of pretty trees but computers are garbage

 got 2 nights at a cheap motel in santa fe this weekend and we're taking a 100% no-interstate all-2-lane-blacktop trip back behind the mountains a bit i've done the i25 haul before and it's functional, but boring i'm not like, terrified, but i'm definitely packing supplies for 3 days

i bought some extra dry goods (jerky, rice packets, etc) to supplement the bucket of Mountain House meals that i normally carry and upped the water setup to 5 gallons from 2.5 the best trip planning is assuming you will immediately be stuck in the unforgiving high desert as soon as you leave for the duration of your trip + 50% upside: i got a hella casual camp setup now if nothing goes south
