The best part is that they aren't even doing basic math on it, yeah they raised 10 million in like 4 days and that is just 1% of their goal, so at the current rate is about 400 days to hit the goal. 2000 days for all 5 billion, or roughly mid 2023. Oh and you can't just give money to the government and tell them that it's earmarked for something that wasn't appropriated, but they dont care.
