I will not shut up about the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. I talk about them all the time and work them into every conversation I have. I built a shrine in my room for the yellow one who died because sadly no one noticed because she died around 9/11. Wanna see it?

I think the only words in that purpose statement that a Trumper would support are some really twisted bastardizations of 'security' and 'freedom.'

I'm just waiting on them to lower their standards so I can sneak in and take advantage of all that socialized healthcare, housing and education. If Seattle is any indication at least it won't take long.

The longer Trump stays in office the better my chances. I just want someone to thank me for my service (of menial office tasks) dammit!

Imagine sitting through the insufferable loving brief about how the Army needs to figure out how to increase its recruiting numbers besides changing the things that are actually turning people away.

I honestly do not remember where I learned that.

Pretty much, yeah, also predominantly white people. A decade ago they were combining categories, now they're making more again. Most gonzo stuff was sold in 2, 4, and 8hr dvds, usually in the $10 bins.

Though honestly, it's all gonzo if you mute white porn.

Arming soldiers is still one of the more horrifyingly stupid ideas I've heard.

That statement can proooobably only be applied to CONUS.

Probably.

I'm pretty certain the only branch actually hurting for new recruits is the army, given that they are the only one's who've actively been in the news on a constant basis about how they are continually not hitting their quota for the fiscal year. The marines, navy, and air force I haven't heard a single thing about recruitment issues, more just retaining troops.

I of course base this theory solely on no research whatsoever

The AF is absolutely hurting for new recruits; they just haven't been in the news over it for whatever reason. I was at a brief a couple years ago given by the 3-star in charge of recruiting and he did a good job breaking down the numbers to show that out of so many high-school graduates every year, only a tiny fraction are even eligible for service before you even ask the question of whether they want to serve in the first place. The recent changes in weed and tattoo waiver policies are examples of how the USAF is trying to widen that pool.

They also adjusted their ADD and Asthma policy as well. I believe you can waive both of them if you were diagnosed before age 10.

The AF's problem is that they cannot keep people in their fastest growing career fields (rated O's, Cyber, Intel).

They also hosed themselves kicking out people during the 2014 RIF...Maintainers suffered the brunt of it and the remaining MXS NCO's are leaving in droves due to the climate.
