In it, she said: "Prescribing errors are common, and medications with similar names and packaging increase risk.

"However, it is unusual in this case that no individual, including the patient, general practitioner or dispensing pharmacist, questioned erectile dysfunction cream being prescribed to a female patient, with ocular application instructions.

"We believe this to be an important issue to report, to enhance awareness and promote safe prescribing skills."

No word on whether the patient saw everything upside‐down.

You see, her eye was forming an erect image for the first time.

Driver survived with some injuries, out of hospital today.

This is essentially a brand new sign, was put up mid last year when that freeway was widened, this is the main route between the city and the airport (although the sign is located on an offramp) so somebody hosed up bigtime.

Construction worker on the I-4 Ultimate project in Orlando fell about 40 feet yesterday while his father was recertifying with us. He broke basically every bone from the jaw down and “all of his teeth are loose.”

Were she a second later, could that sign have guillotined the car?

Speaking of timing, this happened around me last year.
https://www.mcall.com/opinion/muschick/mc-opi-lehigh-tunnel-turnpike-accident-falling-conduit-muschick-20180501-story.html

A truck hit a piece of electrical conduit dangling from the ceiling of a tunnel. It hit and killed the driver.

The initial reports were that he was just perfectly timed to get killed, a second later it would have hit the top of the truck, a second earlier it would have hit the road, but in the article I posted it seems it may have just been dangling.

Either way, it was awful and I drive through that tunnel a lot so it's freaky. The conduit is still above the roadway.

Lightbox signs look chunky but aren't very heavy. Light steel framing, sheet metal sides, and acrylic fronts, with a few fluorescent tubes inside.

Not sure, but I don't think so. Every Google image of carbon tet is in some kind of glass container, and that stuff was definitely not. I want to say it was some kind of powder, but I can't recall if I was ballsy enough to pick it up and shake it or not (probably not).

So were the fuses blowing or did you just have an empty holder and no fuses on hand?

The latter. The machine broke, I had to replace the junction box to get it back in service ASAP, and the only one we had available with the correct current rating was a fused disconnect.

Works great.
