Welp I'm done with school and almost finished with my work obligation to my stupid factory job, but now I have to deal with interviewing for entry level dev positions. I'm getting cold sweats just thinking about being in a room with 4 other guys and them asking me to do something weird with linked lists or whatever and me just sitting there having no loving clue where to begin.

That should be the entire interview process. Just me proving I can look up a similar solution on stack overflow and make it fit the problem.

The key to any tech interview is to break the problem down before jumping in to code, noting any assumptions and asking a lot of questions and talking about what you're thinking.

Also, don't be afraid to admit you aren't familiar with some concept, you're a junior, you won't know everything.

Let your passion shine through, all good questions about the company and you'll be ok.

That's good to hear. Where I'm mostly self taught and a 31 year old dude trying to catch up I'm always unsure of how I compare to the guys that actually went to school for all of this. I've put out a couple of small projects and was able to get a really simple app out on the Google Play Store, but my whole process for that has been:
Step 1. I want this feature but I have no idea how to make it happen.
Step 2. Find someone online that made something similar happen and make that solution fit my program through trial and error.
Step 3. Move on to next feature.

I definitely have a passion for it, I love how rewarding it feels to finally wrap my head around a problem and understand the solution. I'm just really not confident in my ability to tackle algorithms in an interview environment when the pressure is on.

That's why I suggest breaking it down and asking questions before jumping in. Honestly, that's a big difference between seniors and others in interviewing and a great way to calm your nerves so you can think straight.

A good company wants you to succeed at an interview and if they're being chodes trying to make you feel dumb, that should be a red flag about working there.

Broncos defensive end Derek Wolfe backs Trump. He is worried about pocketbook issues — namely, his own.

“I already pay half my money to the government,” he said. “I shouldn’t have to give any more. … I'm not saying Trump is the best, but I vote Republican every year, no matter what. And this really means a lot to me this year because they're taking 50% of our checks. You want to take 60, 65% of my check now? I can't do that. It's not worth playing the game if I'm going to come out here and take years off my life just so someone else can live.”

Bills guard Richie Incognito, who gave $500 to Trump’s campaign in June, according to federal campaign finance records, said he plans to vote for Trump. “My biggest thing is taxes,” he said, “and creating jobs.”

Bills center Eric Wood is also aboard the Trump train. “I am afraid of what having another Democratic president can do with our taxes,” he said.
