2019 is just more stabilisation for McLaren until Key comes in anyway. As much as it's fun to laugh at them right now they are making the changes they need to to improve longer term

At no point has Zak Brown ever directly run the F1 team, nor was he ever intended to. He is a businessman and a marketing guru. Seidl replaces de Ferran who replaced Boullier.
