V really should drop the entire deal though. They are now the only true leftist party in the Riksdag, S abandoning everything they hold dear. It makes no sense for them to accept a government that has explicitly stated that V is to be kept from any form form of influence while C can take a huge dump on Arbetsrātten. Re-election might not be the ideal situation but V will have a much better chance trying to pull S left in a Riksdag with a decimated C and no L at all.
