It's a group, and although I can't prove it without digging up and actually joining whatever discord/gab setup they're using, I'm pretty confident they are or were coordinating. They continuously promote each other and each have separately staked out social media spaces, all of which were created during the same period. As you say, only the redpanels/stonetoss artist (and the hehefunny guy, imo) have had any success getting crossover. edit: ugh, some very simple googling found another in their orbit that's even more pornographic and pointlessly miserable than the others.
