Very much this. The Liberals and Conservatives have similar domestic and foreign policies. Trudeau might be more willing to offer verbal condemnation of human rights abuses, but at the end of the day he's not any more willing to actually do something about it than Harper would have been. Remember that both major parties serve the interests of the wealthy elite exclusively, and their masters are profiting handsomely from selling weapons to Saudi Arabia.
