They're sending out letters like this one asking agencies to give them document dumps on the sketchy poo poo the administration's been doing for the past couple of years. It'll be a couple of weeks at least until the agencies start sending stuff in. The ones that are open anyway.

It does not, they have a special appropriation. *some* of their staff are outside contractors from biglaw and there might be a delay in paying invoices though.
