I've never heard of it. much like anime, it will fill you with regret and make you hurl, but on the plus side it's extremely good cardio and it's over in 4 minutes basically you just go balls to the wall hard as you can for 20 seconds, rest for 10, then repeat 8 times total

The one upside of the storm and cold snap hitting the northeast right now is that the ski mountains should get/be able to make a significant amount of snow. I've not had a chance this season and in the next week or two I'm definitely hitting the slopes.

if you're already doing chins, weighted chins are recommended. its well worth getting a belt imo. but a backpack can be OK
