This game is the best. I played a little when it came out and got to level 15 then quit til yesterday. I've been playing nonstop using nothing but the bloblobber with the ink gate thing and ink rain. I have 200,000 currency and have been saving it. Should I be buying all the guns if I like their kit even though I'm only using the bloblobber? Or should I keep saving up my money?

I regularly blow mine on every item of clothing in the stores I don't own and still can't get it to consistently stay below 600,000.

The tourney had another announcement. Sheldon's Picks are confirmed to return.  Also yet another global testfire happening in March. Ranked will also be playable in the testfire. Seems like this is a full fledged demo rather than the barebones ones they hosted before since your save file transfers over. Oh and if you don't have Nintendo Switch Online, don't worry. They're sending out codes to give a free trial of it so this demo won't have like a $20 entry fee or something.

A demo at this stage actually makes a ton of sense, since they have sold like, what, 10 mill Switches since the last one. At the very least, Smash would have bought in a lot of people that have never played Splats, and it's in their best interest to grab as much of that crowd as they can. Oh cool, I thought they weren't adding any new weapons after Kensa. The Kensa Undercover Brella has becoming a regular for me, but I do see a bucket in that image there. Are these Splatoon weapons that were not added in before and if so what are they?

They're probably not going to aim for 1:1, considering some sets already have their equivalents in Splatoon 2.

I waited for a full year before buying Splatoon (and even then I only bought a heavily discounted used copy), because I didn't want to buy it without trying it first, and I kept hoping for a free weekend that never came. Yeah, they're going to do a small modification in Kelp Dome and small tweaks here and there and raising some Special meter requirements, with the Ballpoint Splatling Nouveau getting hit with a big nerf in the process.
