Go spend a year learning how to code without pay, so you can graduate and not have a job because there aren't any coding jobs in your hometown. That's why you go to them with a job guarantee: "we are going to build this factory right here in your town and hire all of you to work in it just like the good old days", you know like the New Deal did.
