Fair, but I would argue that Cohen wasn't a real lawyer or at least presenting himself as one. Cohen was a fixer, and had Trump not won in 2016 would have continued to be one. Rudy is trying to be an actual lawyermans on TV.

In the CA bay area there was a little kid who had some autoimmune deficiency who just wanted to go to his early childhood class and see his friends before nature got him. He couldn't do that because one kale mom and her lawyer husband refused to vaccinate their kid. They also refused to move him to another school. Restating a known known but holy gently caress anti-vaxx people are just genuinely bad people

Also at the end of the list of orders is a small opinion written by Alito signed by Gorsuch, Kavanauh, and Thomas that would have put a whole lot more prayer in school. A high school football coach was fired because after games instead of supervising players, he would go to the 50 yard line by himself and pray for a few minutes. He sued and lost with two claims - he was wrongfully terminated and his free speech rights were implicated. He appealed all the way to the SCOTUS but they denied cert. There was nothing in the very brief record to indicate he was wrongfully terminated, so they cannot reach the merits on the second part. The short little opinion makes it very clear that at least 4 justices on the court are completely ok with allowing significantly more prayer in school.
