Most (network)cables are measured with very expensive devices, throwing out a ton of data. If your cable is in any way faulty, you know it before. Don't know what cables those are, but meh, cut up the cable ties, pull the broken cable out, push the new cable the same way in. May not look exactly as pretty after a few years, but won't turn into this:
