As a kid I suffered from foot cramps a lot, to the point where I was just inured to it enough that it became a test of wills between the pain and the muscles relaxing of their own volition.

Nowadays, it's a relaxation thing for me. Tense the muscle(s), wait for them to seize up, and just wait for them to casually un-tense. Doesn't even hurt, anymore, and I never get them otherwise.

Alternatively strip the bb tags from this code and put it into a tampermonkey / violentmonkey / buttmonkey thing. You can play around with sizes to fit the monitor you're using by changing the numbers.
