I know billionaire's brains work different than mine but it's still incomprehensible that you can get lucky, work less hard than an average blue collar worker, and then choose to subject yourself to such nonsense as a presidential campaign and even if you win it's not that much fun. Just ask piss baby. Once you're a billionaire you can just gently caress off to billionaire island and chill for the rest of your life in absolute luxury never having to worry about anything ever again and if you even care about your kids or grandkids they're totally taken care of for life. Instead you give a streaming speech where you repeat "Please clap" and make the entire country loath you. Rich people are weird.

I hope it happens. The entire nuclear supply chain is surprisingly narrow and prices for yellowcake still haven't recovered after Fukushima. Long story short, a bill is currently making its way through congress which will force much of US uranium purchases to go through US companies, and theres only two major worldwide suppliers, Kazatomprom in Kazakstan and Cameco in Canada. The world's richest uranium mine is owned by Cameco and is currently shut down because of lack of purchasers. (if winds start blowing towards nuclear, theres a lot of money to be made with smart investments)

Because the marginal utility of their wealth means that the emotional returns they receive from it are ever diminishing. The only substitute in late capitalism is political power, which they seem to understand on a basic level even if they couldn't articulate it.
