Actually that persona is Professor Hulk. Mr Fix It is a different persona ( he is a Las Vegas bounce who turns back into Banner when the sun goes down and he is gray)

I think Professor Hulk though was later to be discovered to be also just another personality though.

Banner/Hulk has multiple personalities

As someone who wrote pages around that time, it’s pretty on-point for mid-to-late 90s. Like just about everyone else, the movie doesn’t excite me but that 90s nostalgia is actually kind of nice marketing touch.

It’s really the Photoshop lensflare that seals the deal.
