I dunno if you're still looking but it was easy to modify his skin tone with GIMP and the hue options (though it created some edge artifacting), what do you think of this?

My D&D group fought a evil house tonight! in stage 1 it emitted cloudkills and summoned mummies  Then it turn into stage 2  where it grew arms and legs and tried to eat us and picked us all up and was generally a mean jerk. EVentually we hurt it enough to reach a level beyond stage 2  It was being piloted by a lich, who kinda looks like he's DJ-ing. I got paralysed and thrown off the room and a party mate only just survived a disintergrate but in the end we won!

Crossposting from the pixel art thread - I'm starting a new little project where I'm designing printable enemies for tabletop play, and I'm starting with Orcs. I figure that most casual DMs don't have specific miniatures for each encounter, so they wind up using whatever is handy to substitute as enemy tokens. I want to design a healthy roster of enemies that could be printed on demand instead of paying $4 for a plastic orc that you might use once or twice per campaign. Anyway, here's what I've made so far - if you were designing an encounter, is there any kind of orc that you don't see here that you'd like to?

Some kind of tech orc wielding a cobbled together gun or high-powered crossbow or something could be neat. Unasked for: also, maybe that shaman could have some kind of magic effect, maybe a glowing skull orbiting the other two or something else suitably eldtritch. I'd buy those for a couple bucks, especially if you included some bigger versions that so I could print 'em on shrinky dink paper and bake 'em.

I should really be able to do this one myself but I'm having more trouble than I expected. Would anyone happen to have pictures for non-creepy sea monsters, preferably not the standard "big fish" or sea serpent varieties? Rays, jellyfish, oarfish, or seahorses/sea dragons are a plus.
