It’s only one very short scene so far, but right now the genie is just so STATIC. So sedate! Not just him, but the camera. A genie with no energy. Also, the shot of Aladdin and Jasmine clasping each other’s hands is funny. Imagine grabbing someone’s hand so slowly.

Will Smith Genie reminds me of the CGI Rock in Mummy 2. I guess they didn't want to make him too cartoony/unrecognizable but boy did they go about it the wrong way.
