I beat Aliens Colonial Marines. It loving sucks. Don't play it. Not even the DLC is redeeming, which is a prequel to A:CM. Ha ha ha. Now I'm playing Isolation, which is much better, at least so far. I haven't found a gun yet, which is sad.

The guns in Alien: Isolation are pretty much useless against the actual thing that can kill you (the alien) anyway.

I thought it was pretty straightforward. The game's central conceit is that you're in the Fire Emblem equivalent of a high school, and there is fighting. This is an extremely common anime trope. Game is gonna be the Valkyria Chronicles 2 of the series.

Happy Valentime's What are some good videogame romances? There have to be at least a handful by now. I think Farah and the Prince had a pretty good thing going in Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, even if the sequels shot it to hell.

Elle's story in the TLOU DLC felt very real too and Nate/Elena is one of my go-tos, especially in Uncharted 4. It was probably unintended but I totally read Nariko and Kai from Heavenly Sword as an item and then there's everything in Catherine. And of course, Isabelle/Simon Belmont.
