While that would be ideal, the first is an actual mod, while the second is someone putting the music over a pre-existing video. In fact, both videos contain links to the mod RareAcumen posted about. It would be super cool if it faded in an out based on proximity, though. Like Mr. X's is just listening to DMX on loop through a very, very loud set of headphones.

Changing the vaultboy to vaultgirl would be pretty tame in the grand scheme of things, but the bobbleheads and "This Mods Goal is to change all NPC in the fallout world into females" are pretty weird.

There's already a mod that changes bobble boys to bobble girls, and another that makes Preston female, and another that makes Strong and all Super Mutants female (or female presenting, anyway). How much work is he going to duplicate, or is this a mod that combines all those mods into one place?

If I'm reading the little blurb correctly, they're starting from those mods and concatenating everything together, then they plan to streamline and fix bugs in those, then they plan to also replace all the NPCs. I don't think that it's necessarily a fetish thing. If the modder is just pounding hog while playing the game it could totally be a buzz kill to cum when a supermutant is taking up most of the screen, but if that supermutant had huge tits...

I've done "Girl Gang Boss" runs of fallout before and intentionally installed stuff like "women in the legion" and so on, I can understand the appeal for gimmick runs like that.

The really weird thing about not replacing the male NPCs is that Gamebryo has a 'sexchange' console command which does exactly what you think it does, and works on NPCs. The results can be pretty funny sometimes, but that's just all the more reason to do it.
