He’s not going to be found guilty, either. He’s almost certainly going to get a deferred prosecution agreement and get the charge expunged once that is done. If for some reason they won’t give him a DPA, and plea deal will almost certainly include an adjudication withheld instead of guilty as this is his first offense.
