Which the Saracens responded to with Bad Kinsman.

Bad Neighbour and God's Own Sling are even unique units in Age of Empires II that you have to defend against during the Saracen campaign.

Most memes become popular specifically because they're evocative but make no sense and have no meaningful context.

The PS2 was a pretty loving good deal at the time all around, probably why it sold ridiculously well. Full backwards compatibility as well as a huge library and playing DVDs natively.

Full backwards compatibility in the first series.

Then software emulation after that.

Then nothing.

That was the PS3. The PS2 was always hardware I'm pretty sure, at the very least it never lost backwards compatibility entirely.

The Wii did something similar for the Gamecube, as did early edition PS3s; basically including all the necessary parts from the previous console.

Huh, I was reading it as him interrupting a stranger from flirting with his girlfriend by flirting with him even harder.

Which is kind of consistent with my relationship with math and science, really.

Specifically the entirety of its PS1 hardware is in the controller and memory card ports. Like, there's an entire PS1 miniaturized in there just to handle input, the fact that it can play games is mostly a bonus. Sony's hardware design for the PS2 was insane, and they managed to eventually fit all of it (including a PSU) into a shell the size of a DVD case.

I had a guy very angry at Gillette try to convince me that they had to be strangers. Because grabbing someone like that is something you'd totally do to a random stranger.

Gillette broke some brains.

Considering the tone of the ad, I can believe it. A second dude stepping in to stop a guy from harassing a woman? Seemed on point for it.
