It depends when the matches are scheduled really. I think the inter conference matches are a bit pointless but a group of 6 with promotion and demotion? That's a good idea.

Anyway who knows if Ospreys will even be a team next season anyway.

I would assume they would be as per the current international windows. So instead of an SH tour you'd have three away games in the summer. Then the three home games in November.

RFU considering axing England 7s for GB team

Nice effort England. But I feel it lacks the emotional kick that the WRU and worldRugby got.

Maybe it'll spur them on to win a competition like the Scotland lads did at Twickenham after they were told they were getting fired.

I love Leinster and I couldn't be happier that Jordie Barrett has signed with them on a short term deal.
Wales : We're going to kill one or both of the only successful clubs in the country!

England : We're going to kill our 7s team!

World Rugby : We're going to kill The Barbarians, The Lions, and every tier 2 nation!

Scotland : We're going to....

Would have preferred to see Hastings start I think, then we would have the option of bringing Grigg and Laidlaw on later if it was close.

Not sure Hastings is a 13 to be honest and Grigg is the only out and out 13 Scotland have left even if he is only 5'9 and can't really tackle. Centre is a position Scotland are woefully thin at due to injuries to Dunbar, Bennett, Scott, and Taylor. Hopefully Watson can come on and absolutely ruin the Welsh like he did two years ago but sadly I suspect this is all going to go to poo poo after Price throws another intercept pass.

Don't mind dropping Laidlaw tbh. He hasn't been playing at all well.

Is Sam johnson injured? Thought he was one of our better players in the opening rounds.

I assumed he was because otherwise he'd be int he team instead of Grigg.

No idea, he's a more specialist 12 though I think so not sure how he'd do at 13. Horne is a fuckawful 10 but he's actually pretty good at 12 so it could be worse.

On Saturday we will see a team take the field that will be the envy of the WRU, 4 Welsh teams merged into 1.

I don’t know how to feel about the fact that although as a wales fan I’m pessimistic about Saturday, it appears that the Scotland fan I’m watching the match with is, if anything, more determined that his team is going to lose.

Welsh team in turmoil, players stressed out of their minds about their jobs, the WRU about to implode, Scotland with nothing to lose and everything to prove at Murrayfield. Everything says a Scotland win so it means it'll be a 50 point skull-loving by Wales, and they won't even buy Scotland dinner first.

Ireland win the u20s Six Nations with the final game yet to play. The couple of games I've managed to catch have been excellent, really exciting games. And moving the match from Dublin to Musgrave Park in Cork has done a lot for the atmosphere with 8000 people selling out the stadium there.
