So is there any kind of political formation appearing from la gilets jaunes or is it still undeterred rage at everything? I understand the initial demands but it would surprise me if that's motivating for so long.

No, it is an apolitical movement gathering people from very different backgrounds around a core of common themes and values. Turning it into a political movement would split it and destroy it on the spot. There have already been attempts and they failed miserably, see Ingrid Levavasseur or Florian Philippot. There are discussions with regards to the European elections coming in may and it is likely that the figureheads will endorse some candidates. Alright goons, tomorrow is make or break for the gilets jaunes. Everyone is coming to Paris so the city is being progressively locked down, especially around l’Élysée. There’s all sorts of crazy rumors about RAID teams being deployed. First yellow wave is scheduled at 10am, other protests against climate change will start at 1pm. It’s going to be something so stay tuned. (I’ll try to post some live streams when they’re up)
