there's so many ways to read the tea leaves as we wait that you're genuinely best off just going to eat some early dinner or something. We have nothing to gather from the context, he could be dropping a damning report while Trump is away and that's why he spent all week screaming "NO COLLUSION" even louder than usual, or he could be sliding his report that has no real actionable stuff in it on a friday dump, or countless other options. We don't know.

The house will want the full un-redacted report. At that point Barr will either hand it over, hand over a redacted version, or refuse. Trump's lawyers will try to intervene to insist on executive privilege for various bullshit. The chances of a court fight are very high.
