If you want a modern tribute band with a similar tone, try Orchid. They aren't as good as Sabbath but more music is never bad. If you want to try something that really influenced Sabbath, look up Budgie.

You could sort of make an argument for Arthur Brown since he had a huge influence on early metal, but he's about as metal as Ghost is.
