Anyone know if there's a place compiling everyone who's dropped out? At this rate the con is just going to be Vic and a dozen or so artists in the artists alley who can't afford to walk away from money they'd already spent to go there.

He's just trying to make some people look bad and reassure the suckers of comicsgate that they're on the righteous side of this culture war. It's also a form of intimidation and harassment, like "oh, if you do this thing that is completely defeating comicsgate, you MIGHT get sued, so you should keep your head down lest I read out your own contracts". He's basically taking pictures of Lowtax's house.

One, it's doubtful you could actually sue most of the guests for anything besides whatever advance payment you might have given them, which I assume anyone cancelling would already be planning on returning. Two, good luck getting anyone to come next year if you start suing guests. Actors aren't going to be put in a position where they might have to turn down a gig because they don't want to get sued for not getting their photo taken with sweaty nerds for 7 hours straight.
