Unless you're in an actual sensitive occupation you are entitled to refuse to do them even if they're theoretically a condition of employment (except of course they'll just fire you immediately and because of Tories there's gently caress all you can do about it).

Try Mob Psycho 100 next. Same writer, but he's putting genuine effort in this time. Cool art, too, but in a very different way.

Actually, no. OPM was a side hobby he ditched, while MP100 was paid work he completed (and it was actually what he ditched OPM for). It's also got consistently sharper writing and a much more heartfelt feel to it.

Mob psycho 100 loving rules and is one of the few animes I can actually recommend without asking people to try to ignore the weird poo poo

Try Masaki Yuasa's Ping Pong if you haven't already. Similar aesthetic sensibilities (grotesque but beautiful and lavishly animated - seriously, imagine a ping-pong match animated like a MP100 battle), great, generous humanist writing, and no weird poo poo.

I keep a txt of things that amuse me, but it does more often than not end up being whatever the most recent one is.

On a completely different note, I know we were talking about anti-Catholicism last thread, and how in the UK it's usually a cover for anti-Irish (and going back far enough anti-Jacobite) sentiment in the same way that Islamophobia is cover for hating brown people, but I do wish the actual clergy would stop loving doing poo poo like this (also noncing).

I think I need to learn more about gilts because I only vaguely understood what you wrote about it. Took me loving ages to get my head around the financial crash which was similar levels of 'complex' financial fuckery but is really quite simple in the end.
