Oh yeah, on Sunday I roasted a chicken: Marinated with 5-spice, soy, mirin, shaoxing, black pepper, smoked salt and garlic, and pan-roasted with onions and shimeji mushrooms. Cooked up some simple golden rice to go with, and added the onions and mushrooms to that when all was done.
