Like if Obama tweeted a GoT meme after he was "vindicated" by a special counsel report (which he wouldn't, because that would be stupid and insane), it would at least be, I dunno, genuine? Not re-litigate this, but if Clinton got busted for her shoddy handling of confidential materials then everyone with any kind of executive position in Washington would have to be locked up as well. The political figures (not the bureaucrats) are terrible about information security and regularly flaunt it because they decide they're too important to follow those rules. So, no Clinton shouldn't have received anything more than the censure that she received from the context of events, but you are correct that the peons would have been fired at the very least for doing the same thing that she (and the Trumps, and most members of congress) did.
