Tbh I’m cool with most Pokémon and digimon except that digimon season where digimon had to fuse with humans to fight as one body. That was icky. As long as Pokémon isn’t that, bring on the cannons and guns and human shapes and whatever

In the lesser-known manga Pokemon Zensho, he's a male Nidoran. In the Toriyama-esque gag manga Pocket Monsters, he turns into an actual animal (a leopard) rather than a Pokemon, but his wife turns into a Mew.
