How did they not receive the last payment? Is it in the mail or something? I'm assuming you didn't forget about it. I mean if it's just cosmetic damage, then I wouldn't really worry about it because even if the insurance paid for it all it probably still wouldn't be worth it. Honestly, if you could get money from the accident, I'd probably tell you to just keep the money and spend it on something other than repairing cosmetic damage. Just remember, your car is nothing more than a tool and what it looks like doesn't matter one loving bit.

I mean if he hit you, then you could file against his company and maybe get the cost of repairs, but again I will say that it's probably not worth it.
