I'm just saying it's a game where a bunch of nerds try to make robots that look like people.

I dunno if fallout has weebs but if it does then there are absolutely anime synths.

Also tbh I kinda might play a version of the game where everyone is an animu. It actually looks surprisingly good considering the game is obviously not designed for it. And weirdly it doesn't even look out of place with the rest of the setting.

BUT my requirement is I also need the ghouls and the super mutants to be anime.

I mean, if you're a successful actress and you go out of the house in a skirt and without underwear, knowing that paparazzi are just waiting for opportunities like this and that it has happened many times before, then there's really nobody you can blame for it but yourself.
In general I kind of prefer cartoonish art styles and character designs, because I have a hard time reading facial expressions and exaggerated emoting common to those styles makes the feelings of the characters easier for me to follow.

I'm not about to touch that anime mod, but that one mod that just dials up all the facial expressions to 200%? Kind of a godsend for me.

There is a pretty big monster hunter world modding scene, and the best mod just appeared.

And yes, that is an air raid siren at the start of the music in that video. The Bazelgese is designed in every way to be a monstrous version of a ww2 bomber.

I was curious and looked it up and there's shockingly little Japanese stuff in Fallout lore. But the Fallout universe is also horny af and you have lots of weirdos running around dressed up as comic characters and poo poo like transferring Curie to a synth body or Fisto so it's distressingly plausible.

Also agreed that the mod actually looks kinda neat. Though outright animeifying existing characters is a bit horrifying.

Mashing up an unholy fuckton of games in a single slurry.

I can't tell the source of the gun to be 100% sure (Gut is telling me it's from Doom 2016, though), but I think the knight is a Soulsborne boss, the level is obviously Peach's Castle from Mario 64 (with blown out Zelda music), and the HUD is a clusterfuck of Overwatch, Minecraft, LEGO Star Wars, Mario Kart, and something else I can't place.

The reticle also has the nice touch of when the character sprints, it gets bigger, which is not a doom or portal feature, neither of those games have sprint or movable crosshairs. So that's probably a COD-like reference.

Generic white crosshair is pretty tough to nail down. Same for the bog standard compass at the top; no idea where that's from.

This will presumably be a thing if future systems similar to wavenet are ever commercialized and used in games, along with the ability to have poo poo tons of dialogue by a bunch of different voice actors.

Naturally, Bethesda games will continue to use like five actors that repeat the same lines infinitely.

The cool thing about wavenet is that the speech generated with it reflects inflection and emphasis depending on context so weedlord bonerhitler could have the same level of gravitas as any other name, which IMHO is way funnier.

The Japanese version of Freedom Wars had this. You could build the phrases your robot partner would say. They were essentially simpler vocaloids (Miku, etc).

This got removed completely from the non-Japanese versions.
