it was a knock-off karaoke version, that song is a fuckin jam. Midge Ure sings like an angel.

Also, I had to take a break from the 10 hour CBB. Too much tent.

I also had to take a break. Though mostly it was so I could start listening to the Teachers Lounge stuff that just got released. Which I think was the right choice.

This is a good movie.
I couldn’t wait to finish the 10th Anniversary special before diving into Episode 600. Am I the only one?

Also, Mantzoukas, Daly, and Scott made 600 a real grepisode.

Bill Cosby Bukowski would be a bit too morbid, it's not that kind of show.

Didn't Daly explicitly say he wsn't going to do Bill Cosby-Bukowski any more after the real Cosby crimes came out?

Though on the other hand, I guess the 10th anniversary did have Charles Manson in it. Wasn't the doctor who killed Michael Jackson a character in an episode, too?

drat, I was just thrilled to get a brief reappearance by Huell Howser. As much as I enjoy the victory laps, I totally get why comedians might want to err away from characters based on real-life people for any number of reasons though.

I was an episode behind before 599 dropped and I just finished 600, so I've listened to over 13 hours of CBB in the last week and a half. Looking forward to taking a break from the Choctaw and catching back up with the Boys next week.

Edit: oh goddamnit they also dropped an new RU Talkin R.E.M. Re Me, guess it’s back to Scotthany

I remember the first time I heard iBrain was after a recommendation from this thread. I had downloaded it to listen to while doing Christmas shopping, and had to sit down in the mall because I would've otherwise fallen over from laughing so hard. It's probably the best individual bit ever performed on the show.

Yes. The first episode with Willy Mapleleaf is amazing too.

One character that I wish would come back is Thor Silverblatt from CBB 291, played by Bob Odenkirk for one segment. He's a deep cut, but he's also a perfect parody of Bookworm's Michael Silverblatt, and it had me laughing so hard.
