Although a few have abilities that may cancel out potential weaknesses, like Eelektross, who is an electric-type (who is only weak to ground) but also has Levitate (which makes it immune to ground moves). That being said, there are still ways to get around it, and Eelektross doesn't have great defenses anyway.

I was gonna say a Water/Flying with Lightning Rod would have no weaknesses but turns out Rock is neutral against Water for some reason.
