There's a Burger King on JBLM right across the street from the army airfield, and occasionally while getting lunch I'd see those guys practice low level hovering maneuvers in their chinooks. Crazy how well they can handle those things.

IIRC we also have very small warheads that are designed to more or less blow up a car and nothing else. This just seems like a slightly safer version of that. Like if they're driving through a really busy area or standing around at a wedding reception.

Is the 30cm or whatever increase in the diameter of the "kill zone" really worth the gazillion bucks they paid to develop that rather than just replacing the warhead with some random heavy object and trying to bean people with the rocket

Turning the hydraulics off is when it gets fun. e: I should add I mean the larger ones, smaller ones like the Little Bird actually take a ton of control touch and are relatively harder to fly.
