I experimented with sliders once I got off work, and found that there is ONE other place this works, and it's more specific than this one. Minimum height can be smaller on everyone. But maximum height can only be taller on HUGE characters.

Max height slider for Male and Female is 36, but on Huge it's cut down to 25. Why? Because at 36 they visibly do not fit through doorways. They're too tall, too wide, they're HUGE. It's really good

Works the same way, edit the costume file, change the Scale value to 36. Don't look at the height slider ingame or it will reset to the slider max instead of the numerical max.

Enjoy being large

From what I remember and can find now, you can only target Nearest, Next or Named.
ie Squids could set up a bind to target Quantums and Voids.

code:
/bind TAB "target_enemy_next$$target_custom_next enemy alive quantum$$target_custom_next enemy alive void"
So potentially, you could set up a bind with all boss names in the game.
Good luck with that one.

When I went loyalist / power I didn't feel at all bad about shooting up the resistance for that exact reason.

Also, I'm not sure if it's buggy or not but aren't the Praetorian storyline missions supposed to give you the option to choose one side or the other at several points, with a badge and everything associated with making five decisions? When I went through I only got a choice at the very beginning and the very end. Maybe it didn't come up because I chose the maximum rear end in a top hat contacts every time.

I'm taking it slow and clearing out contacts one by one, and at level 9 the only big alignment choice I've encountered is the one at end of Cleopatras story arc.

It's such a unique thing that it's too bad it's in the current position. It's too old to be mainstream anymore, so NCSoft doesn't want to pay to maintain it. The community is fine with running it, seemingly for free out of passion, but if it gets too popular, NCSoft might bring down the hammer.

Just happy to be able to play around in it again, at least for a little while. If they get taken down, though, here's to hoping the next group that takes up the banner on a private server figures out how to just let everyone set themselves to whatever level and gear they want. The early levels are fun and all, but depending on how long this lasts, I don't want to just be doing those and never the upper end.

Because Praetoria got its cyberpunk in your superhero game, you've got the asian megacorps waging a shadow war for dominance, morally grey decisions, fancy future and cybertech, and so on, so they get the made-up future linguistics like Shadowrun's 'Chummer, Drek, Frag' and so forth.

SOME Of the poo poo they say kind of makes sense. Powers division and cops are Badgers because they've got badges, for example.

the bad news is the server doesn't store the ArmScale variable (it has to be ArmScale 1 not Arm 1, easy mistake to make though and i figured out what was wrong just as easy) so if you log out, it's gone. You'll have to head to Icon and load the costume again every time you log in if you want to be The Big Armed Man

interestingly, Shields will scale to the larger arms but weapons just stay small.

If I were to make a guess. You outleveled the contacts. Because you need to go through 1-3 contacts to get the morality choice in each area.(for each path. For example I have done 5 morality choices already and just hit imperial city because I locked my level at 10 and went through EVERY mission in the zone changing alignment to do the Crusader and Power routes.) You presumably hit 11 or 12 where the cut off for the first area is and lost those and had to got to imperial, then because you were already overleveled quickly overleveled their missions and moved to the last zone. And then when you hit 20 or 21 they immediately drop everything and say 'Hey get the gently caress out of Praetoria and play the real game.....or maybe go play in First Ward or something. We don't care where you go but you can't stay here.'

I use the freeware version of this software which will open a pigg file to let you search for power image names, I find a lot of them in stage1b.pigg though its possible they maybe be in many places, they were kinda messy back then .

http://www.watto.org/game_extractor.html

Its kind of janky to use but it works.

Just use the wiki to search through powers for a cool icn, then search its real name in the pigg vewer
ie for Warshade https://cityofheroes.fandom.com/wiki/Umbral_Blast

Stage2b - Sounds
Stage3a - Sounds
Stage3b - Sounds

Also, don't use the Fandom.com wiki. Use Paragon Wiki instead.

I don't think there's a clearly stated answer in-game, but I do have a good theory: In a world where the oppressive dystopian government uses a near-endless number of faceless psychics to thought police the crap out of everyone and everything, why not talk (and think) in Cockney rhyming slang-esque nonsense to help obfuscate your intentions to outsiders? (Also, the Resistance are one big cyberpunk cliche so it comes with the territory.)

The real bit of lore that still eludes me is the Resistance's preferred communication channel "The Static". From the name and context I'm inclined to believe they're masking their transmissions with the background hum of Praetoria's infrastructure, but despite being proper nouned and everything it also gets no substantial explanation. It might also only be mentioned like, three times total. Edit: Well I'll be, ParagonWiki actually had a page for it...which is basically exactly identical to my explanation here and nothing more.

Bingo.

If you do the crusader story in Nova Praetoria they talk about both of those a bit. When Ricochet goes full Resistance speak they have you ask Jackhammer what she's saying and he explains they use it to keep people from over hearing them and from reading their minds and figuring out what they are doing. The Static.....well the...second? contact there apparently invented a way to send messages through the powerlines or something and they've been using it since.....but yeah I think that's all we get about it.

I assume it's sort of a large database issue where there's so much input that narrowing it into USEFUL is tricky, because if you say 'give me every person who is thinking about guns' then you get a hundred thousand people thinking about Call of Duty: Protectors of Praetoria, then all the Powers Division folks thinking about THEIR guns, and the Syndicate, and then way down at the bottom of the list maybe a few Resistance goons.
