Stars were created by a pacifist mage, and then a bird flew in to one.

Presumably pictures of places he is not allowed to go to ever again would make him sad.

I went and counted and looks like someone has expressed frustration at Lyndon's hijinks on at least 11 pages of the thread. So people've had some reasons to dunk on him for 25% of the comic, roughly speaking!

Every page Lyndon is on contains a reason to dunk on him.

There was that one page when he and Audrey got together and the thread was briefly happy for them. He almost immediately screwed that up though.

I’m starting to think this isn’t a simulation and Klara is dead dead.

Nah, all this time wouldn't have been spent this way if there wasn't a way to go back and change things. And rather than introducing a new time-travel method or something, it makes way more sense to use the pre-existing simulation concept.

hm was it 'I lose all my magic' or just the spell that caused harm?
|
# ? May 17, 2019 05:20 |

All of it. Hence why he'd never got above 1 spell before.
|
# ? May 17, 2019 05:21 |

It wasn't so much that he never got the chance, it was that he intentionally never did. Maximizes his magic, in a weird roundabout way.

It's interesting that the stars always vanish on the same day if the Ambassador is looking at "every future" - that suggests different times, which suggests that the stars vanishing might not (entirely?) be related to the time of death and the scepter's universe simulations?

It's not, that's not what's going on
|
# ? May 21, 2019 16:49 |

Yeah I think we're in reality, not a simulation - what the thread got right was that people do use the sceptre to try to tell the future, but I think there's something else that we're not guessing that explains the vanishing stars that just happens to be an event that is going to happen no matter what the sceptre says.
