Tier V and VI where there is armor on many tanks the buff is only by 1.31x and 1.12x respectively. So relevant when KV-220s and O-I Exp.s are top tier. This is a good change, I hope it goes in. If there's tanks it "kills" they can tweak them later whilst keeping the concept alive. Lower tier games are garbage and barely represent even tier 4 games, and this is a good step towards blending out that change.
