Ayane's been officially an adult for a few years...and had arguably looked like one at a glance even before that (in other words, if you asked a random person to guess the character's age). If you want to criticize modern DOA for sexualizing people who actually look underage, regardless of whatever the official age claims, there's a much easier target: Marie Rose. The other 3 arguments are just weak though imo because one of them is just deflecting, one is a misunderstanding of age of consent laws, and one is just not a good look on anyone saying it.
