The biggest problem with Persona 5 is how much stuff it copy and pastes from Persona 4. Morgana turning into a twink is another example of that, so hopefully they do something different to it.

Took everyone's advice and went French Revolution on my personas and yeah that has made things much easier in palace 6! I'm still probably a bit underleveled as I beat a mini-boss on the first level and every single party member aside from Akechi leveled up twice. I'm really liking the casino vibe. I just wish there was a bit more to do. Like I get that the games are rigged but I wish there were more prizes to buy once I unrigged them. I don't like Akechi as a party member very much at all. I don't like how he acts all smug like he's figured everything out before everyone else.

If you ever feel really underleveled, go into Mementos during Flu Season and seek out the Reaper. There's a semi-exploit you can do to get flat-out silly EXP that way if you're so inclined or if you hit a wall in a later dungeon and don't want to crank down the difficulty.

This was the reason I could tolerate Morgana's poo poo involving Ann, aside from the fact that he's a goddamned cat and ain't gonna get nowhere. I just pictured Joker tuning Morgana out until he stopped saying Ann's name, nodding the entire time, and then just going on as if nothing was different. That, and, if dating Ann, the only thing holding Joker back from rubbing Morgana's face in it was the usual mechanics of not being able to point out that you're dating someone to the rest of the cast outside of Valentine's Day, so mentally picturing the poo poo-eating grin on Joker's face if he ever had enough, amused me just as much.

Not that I'm eager to turn Persona into a dating sim, but it's a bit weird how your choice of relationship is never, ever reflected beyond scenes specific to your romantic pursuit. I get that given the amount of characters you can romance it would be tricky but it comes across strange when those characters don't react appropriately in certain situations nor is it ever acknowledged among the other characters. That's why the whole marriage question in P5 felt off because that was the only situation where Joker's de-facto girlfriend (if present) reacted appropriately. From a development standpoint it rings a lot as damned if you do, damned if you don't thing but for a player it really feels inconsistent with the narrative of that specific playthrough.

Plus, it'd be amusing to see some of the cast's reactions to who you were dating, depending on timing.

That would be good too, and could be done in a separate scene as in if-player-is-dating-X-other-characters-react-Y thing, especially if it's someone those characters know. It's not a huge deal but since the ability to romance other characters is in there, it tends to make one hyper-aware of it during a playthrough so scenes where there are inconsistencies really stand out.
