It used to be that furries were this foreign and incomprehensible thing that we feared and hated. But the longer we exposed ourselves to that world, the more we began to understand it. At the same time, we were being made aware of much worse poo poo, and not only did we realize our energy was better spent on more pressing issues, but that we found ourselves allied with the very same people we had mocked.

It's kind of beautiful in a way.
