The crowd didn't even end up understanding what Spider-Man was trying to say. JJJ had no idea what Spidey was doing and if JJJ represents the rest of the crowd then everyone except the shrink and Robbie just saw Loomis go nuts, incite a quickie riot, and then give himself up.
