obviously a decent level of free speech is a very important good, but it is stupid as hell pretending that it is an absolute immutable right, shouting fire in a crowded theater is bad and from there it is very much a tricky line-drawing exercise we as a society needs to do. sweden bans what it calls "hets mot folkgrupp", meaning largely baiting/incitement against groups of people, and nothing of value has been lost.
