Buckner died way too young, RIP. I remember watching the 30 for 30 a few years ago about Bartman and they spent like a solid 20 minutes talking about how Bucker got all of the hate for losing that series, but everyone on the mets and the sox agreed that it was still the Sox's series to win and they just collapsed after Buckner missed the grounder.

The director has a good eye for cinematography, and at this point my Xbox makes drat near photo realistic cars, so I bet the race scenes in that will be rad as gently caress.

Anyone else watch the F1 grand prix today? I'm just getting into it this season, and it was a hell of a first race to start off with. Pissed-off Vettel moving the 2 sign in front of Hamilton's car was incredible.

F1 is like the Womens World Cup for me, I just need to sit down and watch the drat thing. The engineering side of F1 is just fascinating which has only been stoked by Top Gear. It's just been off my radar. Watching a replay of England/Scotland to hopefully get me up to speed before the US ladies get into the mix.

Someone recommended the Shift-F1 podcast, and it's been helpful. The first episode this season is a good primer to the season for beginners like me. Also, the series on Netflix "Drive to Survive" really kicked it off for me a couple weeks ago. I just sucks that so many races are at weird times for Americans. Also: Go Bruins!

I enjoy F1 enough to watch it and follow it closer than any other sport I guess. But it’s predictable and boring for the most part. Every now and then you get funny stuff like today though.
