Alright finally got back to maps, lt is so much more my style than divine ire I guess. Is full life, life plus mom, or tinkerskin no mana the generally best way to go at this point? Phase acro too? What auras?

The most basic base I'd craft on would be a 77 Vaal Axe, Elder optional. This allows you to get up to t1 flat phys and attack speed and t2 %phys and %hybrid phys. If you get the 4ex exalts to do multi-modding you want a 80+ Elder Vaal Axe, this opens up t1 Fortify, which is enough to multi-mod into a great weapon (preferably with either %hybrid or attack speed, but it does well without those). For sword bases I have honestly no idea, but chances are you're getting to farm shaper before you get a really good sword done that way. Vaal Axes just have a bunch more dps than swords.

for a physerzerker cyclone, should I be looking at switching to dual-wielding instead of 2Hing? Right now I'm using a 5L Maroqi, so I'd need to dig up a 6L armor, I suppose.

oh, the font made it look like It. Yeah phase acro, the blind ascendancy and either MoM, or EB MoM with tinkerskin, or the blood magic helm and one aura (Zealotry probably) are the way to go shroud of the lightless is a good chest too, easy six link, go bm or mom if you go that route tip number 1 is don't get hit, traps rule but you lack leech so you gotta rely on regen

I'm phone posting but yeah what Foo said. You can look at what Octavian and/or Tarkecat did as templates. I'd personally rather do like octavian but I'm a dual wield wand hater tinkerskin EB MoM might be a touch tankier, the lightless has built in pen and life% on the chest which is nice for a shadow. If you go regular mom you probably want to use an essence worm and toss your aura into that. Turns out Uber Elder is hard and you actually have to execute mechanics when you're a Viper Strike Pathfinder with 6k life instead of a Vortex/Cold Snap Occultist with 12k ES. I got schooled by him for the first time ever today

This is the first time I'm not playing a dumb overpowered broken build (Arc Trap Saboteur in Incursion, Cold DoT Occultist in Betrayal). I'll get him soon, fortunately it's only 40-50c per attempt.

Playing a cyclone build that uses Herald of ash, and ive been using a 6% gem, but last night an elder ring that grants level 22 herald of ash. Should I stick with the gem or will the level 22 outpace it even if I upped the quality?

You should probably find something else to use the socket on if the elder ring as actually good for you statwise. Damagewise, a 20q HoF is better, but not by much and not enough that I'd value it over freeing up a socket.

I've got around 2ex to play with if i liquidate my jorbs; finding a decent 6L armor and a couple of foils might be tough on that budget. Also buff 2h range, or nerf foil range, one or the other. That seems silly.

How does elemental hit's built-in "aoe damage on hit" work with the melee changes? Does the aoe shotgun if hit you hit multiple mobs close to each other?
