according to an article earlier it's not a mississippi levee, so localized flooding. sucks for people not living the stilt life i think it got upgraded to a proper hurricane by now. that'll be a problem but not a katrina problem... unless this is a somethingburger

Any of the non industrial tourist towns on lake Superior near cool poo poo (bayfield, copper harbor, Marquette, munising, that whole coastline in Minnesota ) are nice . Then again thunder bay apparently sucks despite looking cool. Any of the up or upper lower peninsula is solid if it's not a derelict mining town (Petoskey, traverse City , etc )
